Most agencies hand you a deck and a dashboard. We hand you a machine: a site engineered to convert, a brand people recognise on the third scroll, and paid, organic and creator channels that all point at the same number. Five years in Noida, fifty-plus businesses, one operating principle if it can't be measured, it isn't the strategy.

One team, whole funnel

Strategists, designers, engineers, media buyers and a production crew sit in the same room in Sector 63. No handoff tax, no vendor ping-pong, no "that's the other agency's scope".

Design as an asset, not a skin

Every build ships with a component system, real content models and a performance budget. Your team can publish on Monday without emailing us for a hotfix.

Attribution before opinion

Server-side events, clean UTM taxonomy, GA4 and CRM stitched together on day one. We argue about creative after the data has spoken.

Eight disciplines.
One accountable number.

We don't sell channels in isolation. Every engagement starts with the site, because everything else spends money driving traffic to it.

Forty-one years of tannery craft was being sold like fast fashion. The rebuild put provenance first — a hide-to-hand story spine, an archive of past commissions, and product pages that lead with the maker rather than the discount. Editorial pacing, no carousel, no countdown timer.

Case 01 · Social Media · Influencer Marketing · Production Shoot · Digital Marketing

A regional juice brand that only sold to one kind of customer.

Nimbu & Co · D2C cold-pressed juice · engagement Jan–Nov 2024

The problem

Nimbu & Co owned Gurugram. Ninety-one per cent of orders came from four pin codes, and almost all of them from the same profile: 28–40, salaried, already sold on "clean eating". Every attempt to expand had been a discount code in a new city, and every one of them churned inside two months. The brand had no story for anyone who wasn't already a wellness buyer.

The move

We stopped selling health and started selling mornings. One production week in the Noida studio produced three separate creative worlds — a parent's 7am, a hostel kitchen at midnight, a post-gym Sunday — cut into 40 paid variants and 60 organic verticals. Creator sourcing shifted from wellness accounts to city food pages in Pune, Hyderabad and Jaipur, whitelisted so the winners could keep running as Spark Ads. Landing pages were built per city with local delivery windows and local pricing in the hero.

The result

Three metros live within eleven months, each profitable on a 90-day payback rather than a first-order one. The 18–27 segment went from a rounding error to just under a third of revenue, and repeat rate in the new cities matched Gurugram's by month six — the number that told us it was a real market and not a discount spike.

Case 02 · Branding & Design · SEO Services

A 41-year-old leather house priced like a market stall.

Kavach Leather · heritage leather goods · engagement Mar 2023 – Jun 2024

The problem

Kavach had four decades of tannery craft and the digital footprint of a dropshipper. The identity had drifted across three redesigns, packaging didn't match the product, and search traffic arrived almost entirely on "cheap leather bag" queries — the exact customer that made the margin impossible. Wholesale buyers in Europe were asking for provenance documentation the brand had never written down.

The move

We repositioned around the one thing no competitor could copy: the tannery itself. New wordmark drawn from the 1984 stamping die, a restrained palette taken from the actual hide grades, and packaging that documents the maker and the batch. On search, we killed the discount-intent pages entirely and rebuilt the site around vegetable tanning, patina care and repair — topics with lower volume and dramatically better buyers — supported by digital PR placements in craft and design press.

The result

Organic sessions more than tripled on non-brand terms while the traffic mix inverted: price-led queries fell to under a tenth of entries. Two European wholesale accounts opened on the back of the provenance pages, and the brand ran its first year without a single discount campaign.

Case 03 · Production Marketing · Social Media

Seven cafés, seven Instagram accounts, one confused customer.

Tapri Social · café group, 7 outlets · engagement Aug 2024 – Apr 2025

The problem

Each outlet manager ran their own page, their own tone and their own photographer-of-the-month. Content cost was duplicated seven times over, quality swung wildly, and a customer following the Hauz Khas page had no idea the group had opened in Noida. Nothing pointed at a booking.

The move

We collapsed production into one week a month at a single outlet, shot against a brief that named the funnel stage of every asset before the camera came out. A group handle carries the brand; outlet handles carry the room. Managers keep local posting rights on a template kit, so the personality survives without the cost. Every asset ends on the same booking destination.

The result

Production spend per usable asset fell by more than half, and the group finally had a number to optimise against: bookings, not likes. The Noida outlet opened to a waitlist — the first time the group launched a room that was full in week one.

How we count. Trackable revenue means orders or closed-won deals with a source we can trace — platform-attributed purchases, CRM-stamped deals, or coded offline sales. We exclude modelled conversions, view-through beyond one day, and anything the client can't reconcile against their own books.

Reporting cadence. A live dashboard from week one, a written read every month, and a quarterly session where we argue about what to stop doing.

Founders are
a hard crowd.

Written testimonials, illustrative — these are not Ksocial’s clients. The section is here to show how real quotes would sit once they replace them.

They rebuilt the store in six weeks and then spent the next six months telling us which of our own ideas were wrong. Subscriptions are up 64% and I finally understand where the money comes from.

Sanya MehrotraFounder, Nimbu & Co

We had been told for years that heritage doesn't sell online. Ksocial didn't argue with that — they just changed who was finding us. First year in four decades without a single discount campaign.

Ranvir SethiDirector, Kavach Leather

The site plan tool did what three sales people used to do on the phone. Site visits went up 212% in a quarter and my team stopped sending construction photos over WhatsApp.

Aditya RaoVP Sales, Anantha Estates

Seven managers, seven opinions, and they got all of us onto one calendar without making the outlets feel identical. That was the part I didn't think was possible.

Nikhil BahlCo-founder, Tapri Social
